SHIPPING & HANDLING
Expedited shipping means your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During major promotions, holidays, or new product launches, please allow up to 5 business days (sometimes longer) for us to process your order due to high demand.
Production Time: 2 – 6 business days. Each item is made-to-order, handcrafted just for you. This extra time ensures quality and uniqueness — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time: 7 – 10 business days
Currently, we offer standard shipping only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to U.S. Military bases at this time. Thank you for understanding.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 7–10 days for the tracking number to activate in the carrier’s system. If tracking information doesn’t appear right away, it means the package hasn’t been scanned yet. As soon as it enters the carrier’s network, tracking updates will be available. Domestic delivery times typically range from 1 to 12 business days, depending on the selected service. Please note: transit time does not include order preparation time.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you by email. Once returned, our team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. Refunds will only be issued once the parcel is received back at our facility. After we process the refund, it may take 2–8 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Masculines.co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If you request the shipping carrier to forward or redirect the package after it has left our facility, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
During a “Free Worldwide Shipping” promotion, any package returned due to an incorrect or unknown address, or if it is refused or marked “return to sender,” will be refunded minus the standard shipping and handling costs that would have applied without the promotion.
