RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every item is inspected by our QA team before shipping to ensure maximum satisfaction. If your items arrive defective or damaged, just let us know — our support team will gladly make things right. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.

Requirements for a Refund
Purchases (excluding personalized items) can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, undamaged, and carefully packed to ensure all contents are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for any resulting fees, and no refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned using an insured and trackable method. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, including gift cards. If you used a gift card, we cannot refund to any other form of payment.

If you return an item without first contacting our team and it does not meet all of our return conditions, a refund will not be issued. You will be notified via email about your options to proceed.

Note: We do NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased during sales or special promotions. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free, discount codes over 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.

Important Notice
Please do not return packages to the address printed on the parcel. Any returned package without an authorized return address from our customer service will not be refunded.

How long is the returns process?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll fix it. Just send us the following details:
– Your order number
– A video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
– Your full delivery address
– A contact telephone number
In some cases, we may require a video or image for verification. If approved, we’ll immediately replace the item at no extra cost — no need to return anything.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days for the refund to appear. You may also want to check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchange Items Ordered
We do not offer exchanges. All order details — including size, design, quantity, and shipping address — are confirmed during checkout.
